I'm Debbie DeMarco Bennett. For over 13 years, I've worked in mental health as an experienced educator, teaching anxious humans how to learn hard new skills. I founded DBT Path, an online school built on the belief that growth doesn't require suffering through confusion. You just need the right guide.
The skills at the core of DBT, distress tolerance, sitting with uncertainty, building new habits one step at a time, are exactly what people need right now to navigate the AI transition. The technology changes fast. The human challenge of adapting to change doesn't. I know how to help with that.
Addressing the emotional side of adopting new technology isn't a side note for me. It's my genuine strength, and it's what I bring to every coaching session, every team training, and every consulting engagement. I'm also a builder. When strategy leads somewhere that needs real implementation, I can do that too. But the human side always comes first.
